This “Diner1” gastro bench combines special comfort with stylish design. An ergonomically shaped foam core lies beneath the cover made of synthetic leather. So lean back relaxed and enjoy a tasty meal on a snug and soft upholstery. The soft upholstery, wide seat surface, and suitable seat height provide a comfortable seating experience, and the robust construction offers stability and load capacity at the highest level. The bench leaves many possibilities for individual room design and adapts perfectly visually to any interior. It is perfectly suitable for cocktail bars, lounges, restaurants, and cafés.

What is synthetic leather?

Synthetic leather is a versatile material that is very popular in craftsmanship. It has a surface that feels and looks like genuine leather but is manufactured without animal skins. Synthetic leather is made from textile fabrics and coated with PVC, polyurethane, or polyester. In this way, the typical grain structure of leather is mimicked. Nowadays, there is hardly any difference to genuine leather visible, as synthetic leather is produced so well.


What are the advantages of synthetic leather?

The biggest advantage of synthetic leather over genuine leather is certainly its affordable price. Genuine leather is very complicated and expensive to produce, and due to the naturally given features of animal skin, it often results in significant waste. Synthetic leather, on the other hand, can be produced very economically. Additionally, synthetic leather is very robust and durable as well as weather resistant against sun and water. It definitely has its justification in the object area (gastronomy, medicine, etc.) where seating furniture gets dirty quickly and needs to be cleaned and disinfected frequently.
