Features such as unevenness, knots, cracks, and size differences emphasize the authenticity and charm of solid wood. During manufacturing, existing cracks may be stabilized and bonded with connectors of the same wood, which can lead to slight color variations. These properties are inherent and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metallic scrubbing pads, as the particles and steel wool can damage the surface. The best method to remove dirt and stains from steel is the use of a special cleaner combined with a microfiber cloth.
