Characteristic features such as unevenness, knots, and cracks, as well as potential dimensional differences, emphasize the authenticity and unique charm of solid wood. During manufacturing, existing cracks may be stabilized with connecting pieces made from the same wood, which can lead to slight color variations. These properties are inherent and do not constitute grounds for complaint.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metallic sponges, as the granules of cleaning agents and steel wool can damage the surface. The best way to remove dirt and stains from steel surfaces is to use a specialized cleaner in combination with a microfiber cloth.
