Characteristic features such as unevenness, knots, cracks, and possible size differences emphasize the authenticity and the unique charm of solid wood. In the manufacturing process, existing cracks may be stabilized and joined with connecting pieces made of the same wood, which can cause slight color variations. These properties are inherent and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metallic sponges, as the granules of cleaning agents and steel wool can damage the surface. The best way to remove dirt and stains from steel is to use a specialized cleaner combined with a microfiber cloth.
