Characteristic features such as unevenness, knots, cracks, and possible size differences highlight the authenticity and unique charm of solid wood. During manufacturing, existing cracks may be stabilized and connected with matching wood inserts, which can lead to slight color variations. These characteristics are inherent and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metallic scrubbers, as they can damage the surface. The best way to remove dirt and stains from steel is with a dedicated cleaning agent combined with a microfiber cloth.
