These properties are intrinsic and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metallic scrubbing pads, as the particles of the cleaner and steel wool can damage the surface. The best way to remove dirt and stains from steel is by using a special cleaner in combination with a microfiber cloth.
