Characteristic features such as unevenness, knot holes, cracks, and possible size differences emphasize the authenticity and charm of solid wood. During the manufacturing process, existing cracks may be stabilized and connected with joints made from the same wood, which can lead to slight color variations. These properties are inherent and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads, as the particles of cleaning agents and steel wool can damage the surface. The best method to remove dirt and stains from steel is the use of a specialized cleaner combined with a microfibre cloth.
