Features such as unevenness, knots, cracks, and possible size differences emphasize the authenticity and unique charm of solid wood. During manufacturing, existing cracks may be stabilized and bonded with connecting pieces of the same wood, which can lead to slight color variations. These properties are inherent and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metallic scourers, as the granules and steel wool can damage the surface. The best way to remove dirt and stains from steel is to use a specialized cleaner with a microfiber cloth.
