Features such as irregularities, knots, cracks, and possible dimensional differences emphasize the authenticity and the unique charm of solid wood. During manufacturing, existing cracks may be stabilized and connected with joints made of the same wood, which can lead to slight color variations. These properties are inherent and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents or metallic scouring pads, as wood particles and steel wool can damage the surface. The best way to remove dirt and stains from steel is by using a special cleaning product in combination with a microfiber cloth.
