Characteristic features such as unevenness, knot holes, and cracks, as well as possible dimensional differences emphasize the authenticity and unique charm of solid wood. During the manufacturing process, any existing cracks are stabilized and joined with connecting pieces of the same wood, which may lead to slight color deviations. These characteristics are inherent and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive agents or metallic sponges, as the particles of the cleaning agent as well as the steel wool can damage the surface. The best way to remove dirt and stains from steel is to use a special cleaning agent in combination with a microfiber cloth.
