Characteristic features such as unevenness, knotholes, and cracks, as well as possible dimensional deviations, underline the authenticity and unique charm of solid wood. During the manufacturing process, cracks that may be present are stabilized and joined using connectors made from the same wood, which can result in slight color deviations. These characteristics are inherent and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents or metallic sponges, as the particles of the cleaning agent and steel wool can damage the surface. The best way to remove dirt and stains from steel is to use a special cleaning agent in combination with a microfiber cloth.
