Characteristic features such as unevenness, knotholes, and cracks, as well as possible measurement differences, underline the authenticity and unique charm of solid wood. During the manufacturing process, cracks that may be present are stabilized and connected with dowels made from the same wood, which may lead to slight color variations. These properties are inherent and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metallic sponges, as the particles of the cleaning agent and steel wool can damage the surface. The best way to remove dirt and stains from steel is to use a special cleaner in combination with a microfiber cloth.
