Characteristic features such as irregularities, knots, and cracks as well as possible dimensional differences underline the authenticity and unique charm of solid wood. During the manufacturing process, existing cracks may be stabilized and connected with joining pieces made of the same wood, which can lead to slight color variations. These properties are inherent and do not constitute a basis for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive agents or metallic sponges, as the particles of the cleaning agent and steel wool may damage the surface. The best way to remove dirt and stains from steel is to use a special cleaning agent in combination with a microfiber cloth.
