Features such as unevenness, knots, and cracks, along with potential dimensional differences, highlight the authenticity and unique charm of solid wood. During manufacturing, existing cracks may be stabilized and joined with connecting pieces made of the same wood, leading to slight color variations. These properties are inherent and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metallic brushes, as the granules and steel wool can damage the surface. The best way to remove dirt and stains from stainless steel is with a specialized cleaner combined with a microfiber cloth.
