Characteristic features such as unevenness, knots, cracks, and possible size differences emphasize the authenticity and the special charm of solid wood. During the manufacturing process, existing cracks may be stabilized and bonded with connecting pieces made from the same wood, which can lead to slight color variations. These properties are inherent and do not constitute a basis for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metallic sponges, as the particles from cleaning agents and steel wool can damage the surface. The best method to remove dirt and stains from steel is to use a specialized cleaner combined with a microfiber cloth.
