Characteristic features such as unevenness, knots, cracks, and possible dimensional differences emphasize the authenticity and the unique charm of solid wood. During manufacturing, existing cracks are stabilized and bonded using connecting pieces of the same wood, which may lead to slight color variations. These properties are inherent and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metallic scouring pads, as grains from cleaning agents and steel wool can damage the surface. The best way to remove dirt and stains from steel is to use a specialized cleaner in combination with a microfiber cloth.
