Characteristic features such as irregularities, knots, cracks, and possible size differences emphasize the authenticity and unique charm of solid wood. During manufacturing, existing cracks are stabilized and connected with matching wooden connectors, which may cause slight color variations. These properties are inherent and do not serve as grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metallic scouring pads, as the granules of the cleaner and steel wool can damage the surface. The best way to clean dirt and stains from steel is using a special cleaning agent combined with a microfiber cloth.
