Distinctive features such as unevenness, knots, cracks, and possible size variations highlight the authenticity and the unique charm of solid wood. During manufacturing, existing cracks may be stabilized and connected with matching wood dovetails, which may result in slight color variations. These properties are inherent and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metallic brushes, as abrasive particles and steel wool can damage the surface. The best method to remove dirt and stains from steel is using a specialized cleaner in combination with a microfiber cloth.
