Characteristic features such as unevenness, knotholes, cracks, and possible size differences underline the authenticity and the unique charm of the solid wood. During manufacturing, existing cracks may be stabilized and bonded with connecting pieces made from the same wood, which can lead to slight color variations. These properties are inherent and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metallic scrubbing pads, as the granules of the cleaning agent and steel wool can damage the surface. The best method to remove dirt and stains from steel is the use of a specialized cleaner combined with a microfiber cloth.
