Characteristic features such as irregularities, knots, cracks, and possible size differences emphasize the authenticity and unique charm of solid wood. During manufacturing, existing cracks may be stabilized and joined with connecting pieces of the same wood, which can lead to slight color variations. These properties are inherent and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using scouring agents or metallic sponges, as the grains of cleaning agents and steel wool can damage the surface. The best method to remove dirt and stains from steel is using a special cleaner combined with a microfiber cloth.
