Characteristic features such as unevenness, knot holes, cracks, and possible size differences emphasize the authenticity and the unique charm of solid wood. During manufacturing, existing cracks may be stabilized and bonded with connecting pieces from the same wood, which might result in slight color variations. These properties are inherent and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metallic sponges, as the grains of the cleaning agent and steel wool can damage the surface. The best way to remove dirt and stains from steel is by using a specialized cleaner combined with a microfiber cloth.
