Characteristic features such as unevenness, knotholes, cracks, and possible size differences emphasize the authenticity and unique charm of solid wood. During manufacturing, existing cracks are stabilized and connected with joints made from the same wood, which may result in slight color variations. These properties are inherent and do not serve as grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using scouring agents or metallic sponges, as the grains of the cleaning agents and steel wool can damage the surface. The best method to remove dirt and stains from steel is using a dedicated cleaner combined with a microfiber cloth.
