You will receive your invoice simultaneously with the shipment of the goods via email.
Mondu reserves the right to decline invoice purchases during the ordering process or up to 24 hours after the order confirmation. Unfortunately, we have no influence over this decision and do not receive any information regarding the reasons for the rejection.
The use of the invoice purchase requires a successful credit check, and the billing address must exactly match the provided VAT ID.
To carry out the credit and address verification, your data will be transmitted to Mondu during the ordering process. If a faulty VAT ID check requires the address data to be corrected, the order must be canceled and placed again. A VAT ID check is only necessary for orders from abroad.

With Mondus installment purchase for businesses (registered companies, sole proprietors, associations, etc.), you can split your payment into 3, 6, or 12 monthly installments without any risk.
Due payments will be debited via direct debit. The direct debit will be transparently communicated to you in advance by email. Depending on the purchase amount and the number of installments, Mondu may charge a buyer service fee. This fee will be displayed during the purchase process.
Mondu's real-time credit check provides you with an instant decision on the payment option without affecting your credit score. You will receive your invoice via email at the same time the goods are shipped.
