This new-generation, high-quality monobloc chair with a flawless surface is more resistant and thus more scratch-resistant, weatherproof and UV-resistant than conventional plastic chairs. This also makes it particularly durable.

It can be stacked up to 6 high and is super easy to clean.

What is the significance of the injection moulding process with gas injection for our Rio chairs?

High efficiency in production, which is reflected in the price, is not the only advantage.

The injection moulding process creates plastic products with a very smooth and therefore finishing-free surface and a very high strength and resistance. This has a positive effect on

the

stability and durability

and

thus on the quality and price of our Rio chairs.

An even lighter weight is then additionally obtained by the gas injection technique, in which nitrogen is injected into the mould so that a mould with a hollow core is created, whereby high stability is achieved despite low material consumption
