Material:
- Material: HPL solid core board

HPL Comparison:
- OUR QUALITY = Our HPL solid core board is not only extremely durable and heat resistant but also features a wide variety of designs. Choosing our product means opting for longevity, easy maintenance, and environmentally friendly quality – a true added value for your gastronomy business!
- Other Competitors: = Directly coated particleboards: These boards are coated with a thin layer of melamine resin. They are less resistant and show signs of wear after a few years.
- Thin plastic films: Thin PVC or PET films can be laminated onto particleboards or MDF boards to create a decorative finish. These are generally less robust and durable than HPL.
- Simple paint coating: Wood or particleboards can be painted directly. While this can produce a nice finish, it does not offer the same protection or longevity as HPL.
Environmental Commitment:
- OUR QUALITY = Emissions class E1: Emission level maximum 0.1 ppm = Excellent for general interior fittings and furniture manufacturing
- Other Competitors: = Emissions class E2: Emission level maximum 1.0 ppm = Suitable for less sensitive areas but not recommended for gastronomy
- Emissions class E3: Emission level maximum 1.4 ppm = Lower emission quality, above the legal limit in Germany. Not recommended for indoor use and furniture.
Assembly Recommendations:
- Use a 2.5 mm wood spiral drill and pre-drill about 5 mm deep. Use approx. 10 mm long Spax screws (use washers for longer screws).
Notes:
- Deviations in the minimum recommended base plate size may cause impairments
- This Bistro tabletop HPL Compact will be delivered without pre-drilling for mounting on your desired Bistro table frame
- Screws for attaching the Gastro tabletop HPL Compact to the Bistro table frame are not included
- The Bistro table frame is not included in the delivery!
- The dimensions provided by us are nominal sizes. Actual sizes may vary by up to 30 mm.
