HPL Comparison:
- OUR QUALITY = Our HPL full-core panel is not only extremely robust and heat-resistant but also features a variety of designs. Choosing our product means you invest in durability, easy maintenance, and environmentally friendly quality – a true value addition for your gastronomy business!
- Other Competitors: = Direct-coated chipboard: These panels are coated with a thin layer of melamine resin directly. They are less resistant and tend to wear out after a few years.
- Thin plastic films: Thin PVC or PET films can be laminated onto chipboard or MDF panels to create a decorative finish. These are generally less robust and less durable than HPL.
- Simple paint finishes: Wood or chipboard can be painted directly. While this creates a nice finish, it does not provide the same protection or longevity as HPL.
Environmental Commitment:
- OUR QUALITY = Emission class E1: Emission of a maximum of 0.1 ppm = Excellent for general interior construction and furniture manufacturing
- Other Competitors: = Emission class E2: Emission of a maximum of 1.0 ppm = Suitable for less sensitive areas but not for gastronomy
- Emission class E3: Emission of a maximum of 1.4 ppm = Lower emission quality, above the legal limit in Germany. Not recommended for interior use and furniture manufacturing.
Assembly Recommendations:
- Use a 2.5 mm wood spiral drill and pre-drill about 5 mm deep. Use approximately 10 mm long Spax screws (use washers for longer screws).
Notes:
- Deviations in the minimum recommended floor panel size may cause impairments
- For proper installation on your desired Bistro Table Frame, this HPL Compact Bistro Tabletop is delivered without pre-drilling
- Few screws are included for fastening the gastro tabletop to the Bistro Table Frame
- The Bistro Table Frame is not included in the delivery!
- The dimensions provided by us are nominal dimensions. Actual dimensions may vary by up to 30 mm.
