Material:

HPL Comparison:
- OUR QUALITY = Our HPL solid core panel is not only extremely durable and heat resistant but also impresses with a variety of designs. Choosing our product means opting for longevity, easy maintenance, and environmentally friendly quality – a true asset for your gastronomy business!
- Other Competitors: = Directly coated chipboards: These panels are coated with a thin layer of melamine resin. They are less resistant and show wear after a few years.
- Thin plastic films: Thin PVC or PET films can be laminated on chipboard or MDF to create a decorative finish. These are generally less robust and less durable than HPL.
- Simple paint coatings: Wood or chipboards can be painted directly. While this can create a nice finish, it does not offer the same protection or durability as HPL.
Environmental Commitment:
- OUR QUALITY = Emission class E1: Emission of up to 0.1 ppm = Excellent for general interior decoration and furniture construction
- Other Competitors: = Emission class E2: Emission of up to 1.0 ppm = Suitable for less sensitive areas but not for gastronomy
- Emission class E3: Emission of up to 1.4 ppm = Lower emission quality, above the legal limit in Germany. Not recommended for indoor use and furniture construction.
Assembly Recommendation:
- Use a 2.5 mm wood spiral drill and pre-drill about 5 mm deep. Use approximately 10 mm long Spax screws (use washers for longer screws).
Notes:
- Deviations in the minimum recommended substrate size may result in impairments
- This HPL Compact Bistro Tabletop is delivered without pre-drilling for proper assembly on your desired Bistro Table frame
- No screws are included for attaching the gastro tabletop to the Bistro Table frame
- The Bistro Table frame is not included in the delivery!
- Our specified dimensions are nominal measurements. Actual dimensions may vary up to 30 mm.
