HPL Comparison:
- OUR QUALITY = Our HPL solid core panel is not only extremely robust and heat-resistant but also impresses with a variety of designs. Choosing our product means opting for durability, easy maintenance, and environmentally friendly quality – a real value addition for your hospitality business!
- Other Competitors: = Directly coated chipboards: These panels are coated with a thin layer of melamine resin directly. They are less resistant and show signs of wear after a few years.
- Thin plastic films: Thin PVC or PET films can be laminated onto chipboards or MDF panels to create a decorative finish. These are generally less robust and durable than HPL.
- Simple paint coatings: Wood or particle boards can be painted directly. While this can produce a nice finish, it does not offer the same level of protection or durability as HPL.
Environmental Commitment:
- OUR QUALITY = Emission class E1: Emissions of maximum 0.1 ppm = Excellent for general interior construction and furniture manufacturing
- Other Competitors: = Emission class E2: Emissions of maximum 1.0 ppm = Suitable for less sensitive areas but not for gastronomy
- Emission class E3: Emission of maximum 1.4 ppm = Lower emission quality, above the legal limit in Germany. Not recommended for indoor use and furniture construction.
Installation Recommendation:
- Use a 2.5 mm wood spiral drill and pre-drill approximately 5 mm deep. Use approx. 10 mm long Spax screws (use washers for longer screws).
Notes:
- – Deviations from the minimum recommended ground plate size may cause impairments – This HPL Compact Bistro Table Top is delivered without pre-drilling for proper assembly on your desired Bistro table frame – No screws are included for fastening the Gastro Table Top HPL Compact to the Bistro table frame – The Bistro table frame is not included in the delivery! – The dimensions provided by us are nominal; actual dimensions may vary by up to 30 mm.
