HPL Comparison:
- OUR QUALITY = Our HPL solid core panel is not only extremely durable and heat resistant but also available in a variety of designs. Choosing our product means opting for longevity, easy maintenance, and environmentally friendly quality – a real added value for your gastronomic business!
- Other Competitors: = Directly coated chipboards: These panels are coated with a thin layer of melamine resin directly. They are less resistant and tend to wear after a few years.
- Thin plastic films: Thin PVC or PET films can be laminated onto chipboards or MDF to produce a decorative finish. These are generally less robust and durable than HPL.
- Simple paint coatings: Wood or chipboards can be painted directly. While this can create a nice finish, it does not offer the same protection or longevity as HPL.
We Care About the Environment:
- OUR QUALITY = Emission class E1: Emission of a maximum of 0.1 ppm = Excellent suited for general interior construction and furniture manufacturing
- Other Competitors: = Emission class E2: Emission of a maximum of 1.0 ppm = Suitable for less sensitive areas but not recommended for gastronomy
- Emission class E3: Emission of a maximum of 1.4 ppm = Lower emission quality, above the legal limit in Germany. Not recommended for indoor use and furniture production.
Assembly Recommendations:
- Use a 2.5 mm wood spiral drill and pre-drill about 5 mm deep. Use approximately 10 mm long Spax screws (use washers for longer screws).
Notes:
- Deviations from the minimum recommended substrate size may cause impairments
- To ensure proper assembly on your desired Bistro table frame, this Bistro Tabletop HPL Compact is delivered unpre-drilled
- No screws are included for attaching the HPL Compact gastro table top to the Bistro table frame
- The Bistro table frame is not included in the delivery!
- The dimensions provided by us are nominal dimensions. Actual measurements may vary up to 30 mm.
