HPL Comparison:
- OUR QUALITY = Our HPL solid core board is not only extremely durable and heat resistant but also features a variety of designs. Choosing our product ensures longevity, easy maintenance, and environmentally friendly quality – a real value addition for your gastronomy business!
- Other Competitors: = Direct-coated chipboards: These panels are coated with a thin layer of melamine resin directly. They are less resistant and typically show wear after a few years.
- Thin plastic films: Thin PVC or PET films can be laminated onto chipboards or MDF panels for decorative finishes. These are generally less robust and durable than HPL.
- Simple paint coatings: Wood or particle boards can be directly painted. While providing a nice finish, they do not offer the same protection or durability as HPL.
We Care About the Environment:
- OUR QUALITY = Emission class E1: Emission of max. 0.1 ppm = Highly suitable for general interior decorating and furniture manufacturing
- Other Competitors: = Emission class E2: Emission of max. 1.0 ppm = Suitable for less sensitive areas but not recommended for gastronomy
- Emission class E3: Emission of max. 1.4 ppm = Lower emission quality, exceeds legal limits in Germany. Not recommended for interior use and furniture manufacturing.
Assembly Recommendations:
- Use a 2.5 mm wood spiral drill and pre-drill approximately 5 mm deep. Use approx. 10 mm long Spax screws (use washers for longer screws).
Notes:
- Deviations from the minimum recommended floor panel size may cause impairments
- This HPL Compact Bistro Tabletop is delivered without pre-drilling for proper mounting on your preferred Bistro Table Frame
- No screws are included for attaching the gastro tabletop to the bistro table frame
- The Bistro Table Frame is not included in the shipment!
- Our specified dimensions are nominal. Actual dimensions can vary up to 30 mm.
