Material:

HPL Comparison:
- OUR QUALITY = Our HPL solid core board is not only extremely durable and heat-resistant but also offers a variety of designs. Choosing our product means opting for longevity, easy maintenance, and environmentally friendly quality – a real value addition for your gastronomy business!
- Other Competitors: = Directly coated particle boards: These are coated with a thin layer of melamine resin. They are less resistant and show signs of wear after a few years.
- Thin plastic films: Thin PVC or PET films can be laminated onto particle boards or MDF boards for a decorative finish. These are generally less robust and durable than HPL.
- Simple paint coatings: Wood or particle boards can be painted directly. While this can create a nice finish, it does not provide the same protection or durability as HPL.
Environmental Commitment:
- OUR QUALITY = Emission class E1: Emission of maximum 0.1 ppm = Excellent for general interior fit-out and furniture manufacturing
- Other Competitors: = Emission class E2: Emission of up to 1.0 ppm = Suitable for less sensitive areas but not recommended for gastronomy
- Emission class E3: Emission of up to 1.4 ppm = Lower emission quality, exceeding legal limits in Germany. Not recommended for indoor use and furniture manufacturing.
Assembly Recommendations:
- Use a 2.5 mm wood spiral drill and pre-drill about 5 mm deep. Use approx. 10 mm long Spax screws (use washers for longer screws).
Important Notes:
- Deviations from the minimum recommended substrate size may cause impairments.
- This Bistro Tabletop HPL Compact is delivered without pre-drilling for mounting on your desired Bistro table frame.
- No screws are included for attaching the HPL Compact gastro table top to the Bistro table frame.
- The Bistro table frame is not included in the delivery!
- Our specified dimensions are nominal; actual measurements may vary by up to 30 mm.
