Characteristic features such as unevenness, knot holes, and cracks, as well as possible differences in dimensions, underscore the authenticity and unique charm of solid wood. During the manufacturing process, any existing cracks are stabilized and connected with joints made from the same wood, which may lead to slight color deviations. These properties are inherent and do not provide grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metallic sponges, as the particles of the cleaning agent and the steel wool can damage the surface. The best way to remove dirt and stains from steel is to use a special cleaner in combination with a microfiber cloth.
