| Our Product | Other Providers |
|---|---|
| Strong velvet, durable, shape-retaining quality for professional use | Thin polyester – less resistant and prone to tears and wear |
| Robust beech wood frame made of high-quality, stable wood that reliably endures intensive use and guarantees a long lifespan | Frames made of softwood or plywood are less stable, wear out faster, and offer limited durability under heavy use |
| Premium comfort foam RG 32 offers high seating comfort, remains shape-stable even with frequent use, and ensures a long service life of the padding | Often only comfort foam with 20-25 RG, which loses shape and support more quickly |
| Load capacity up to 250 kg and particularly stable, ensuring safety and reliable load-bearing capacity even with intensive use | With a load capacity of 130–150 kg, frames are not suitable for intensive use |
Top Product Advantages:

Material Comparison:
- Our Quality: The Luca Bistro Barstool is made from high-quality beech wood – a sustainable hardwood obtained as a by-product of beech harvesting. This material is particularly robust, shape-stable, and less prone to cracking than conventional wood types. Due to its high load capacity, it is ideally suited for intensive use in gastronomy and hotel industry. At the same time, beech wood scores with its natural appearance, pleasant feel, and exceptional durability – a significantly better choice compared to standard hardwoods.
- Other Competitors: Many other manufacturers rely on inferior wood types such as poplar, chipboard, or softwood. These materials are inexpensive but quickly show clear weaknesses: they are less load-bearing, more susceptible to scratches and wear, and tend to deform or crack under intensive use. Therefore, such woods are only conditionally suitable for demanding use in gastronomy and hotel industry and do not offer long-term stability.
Foam Density Comparison:
- Our Quality: Our seat cushions made of foam with 32 RG significantly exceed industry standards. They retain their shape and support even with daily use, whereas inferior foams quickly buckle. Enjoy lasting comfort – whether at home or professionally.
- Other Providers: Many manufacturers use foam with only 20–25 density. While initially soft, they quickly lose shape and support. The low material density leads to seat dents and noticeably reduced comfort. With frequent or intensive use, the lifespan of the cushions shortens considerably, and the furniture appears worn and of lower quality.
