Characteristic features such as unevenness, knot holes, cracks, and possible size differences underscore the authenticity and the unique charm of solid wood. During manufacturing, existing cracks may be stabilized and connected with wooden connecting pieces, which can lead to slight color variations. These properties are inherent and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using scouring agents or metallic sponges, as the grains of the cleaning agents and steel wool can damage the surface. The best way to remove dirt and stains from steel is using a special cleaner combined with a microfiber cloth.
