Characteristic features such as unevenness, knots, cracks, and possible size differences emphasize the authenticity and charm of solid wood. During manufacturing, existing cracks may be stabilized and bonded with connecting pieces from the same wood, which may lead to slight color deviations. These features are innate and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using scouring agents or metallic scrubbers, as the particles and steel wool can damage the surface. The best method to remove dirt and stains from steel is using a special cleaner combined with a microfiber cloth.
