Features such as unevenness, knots, cracks, and possible dimensional differences emphasize the authenticity and the unique charm of solid wood. During manufacturing, existing cracks may be stabilized and joined with connecting pieces made of the same wood, which can lead to slight color variations. These properties are inherent and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metal sponges, as the grains of the cleaner and steel wool can damage the surface. The best method to remove dirt and stains from steel is using a special cleaner combined with a microfiber cloth.
