These characteristics are inherent and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metallic sponges, as the particles of the cleaning agents and steel wool can damage the surface. The best way to remove dirt and stains from stainless steel is with a special cleaner combined with a microfiber cloth.
