Characteristic features such as unevenness, knot holes, cracks, and possible size differences emphasize the authenticity and the unique charm of solid wood. During manufacturing, existing cracks are stabilized and bonded with connecting pieces from the same wood, which may lead to slight color deviations. These properties are inherent and do not serve as a basis for complaint.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metallic scourers, as the granules of cleaning agents and steel wool can damage the surface. The best way to remove dirt and stains from steel is to use a special cleaner combined with a microfiber cloth.
