Features such as unevenness, knots, cracks, and possible size differences emphasize the authenticity and charm of solid wood. During manufacturing, existing cracks may be stabilized and joined with connectors made from the same wood, which can lead to slight color variations. These characteristics are intrinsic and do not constitute grounds for complaints.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metallic scouring pads, as the particles of the cleaning agent and steel wool can damage the surface. The best way to remove dirt and stains from steel is to use a special cleaner combined with a microfiber cloth.
