Additional Top Product Benefits:
- Surface texture hardly distinguishable from real wood
- Antibacterial and anti-mildew surface
- Double-sided HPL coating
- Unchanged color brilliance due to UV protection
- Easy to maintain and clean
HPL Comparison:
- OUR QUALITY = Our HPL is not only extremely robust and heat-resistant but also stands out with a variety of designs. By choosing our product, you opt for longevity, easy maintenance, and environmentally friendly quality – a real added value for your hospitality business!
- Direct-coated chipboard: These boards are coated with a thin layer of melamine resin directly. They are less resistant and tend to wear out after a few years.
- Thin plastic films: Thin PVC or PET films can be laminated onto chipboard or MDF boards to create a decorative finish. These are generally less robust and less durable than HPL.
- Simple paint finishes: Wood or chipboards can be painted directly. While this can produce a nice finish, it does not offer the same protection or durability as HPL.
Other Competitors:
Environmental Commitment:
- Emissions class F0: Formaldehyde-free = Highest standard, ideal for sensitive applications and areas
- OUR QUALITY = Emissions class E1: Emission of up to 0.1 ppm = Excellent for general interior construction and furniture manufacturing
- Emissions class E2: Emission of up to 1.0 ppm = Suitable for less sensitive areas but not for gastronomy
- Emissions class E3: Emission of up to 1.4 ppm = Lower emission quality, above the legal limit in Germany. Not recommended for interior spaces or furniture.
Notes:
