Our gastro bench from the Denver series

This „Denver“ gastro bench combines a special comfort with stylish design. An ergonomically shaped foam interior is concealed beneath the faux leather cover. Lean back relaxedly and enjoy a tasteful meal on a contouring and gentle padded seat. The soft padding, the wide seat surface, and the appropriate seat height ensure a comfortable seating experience. Additionally, the robust construction provides stability and load capacity at a highest level. What is faux leather?

Faux leather is a versatile material that is very popular in craftsmanship. It has a surface that feels and looks like real leather, but is produced without animal hides. Faux leather is made from textile fabrics and coated with PVC, polyurethane, or polyester. This mimics the typical grain structure of leather. Nowadays, it is hardly distinguishable from real leather, as faux leather is produced to a very high standard.


What are the advantages of faux leather?

The main advantage of faux leather over genuine leather is undoubtedly the lower cost. Genuine leather production is very elaborate and expensive, and due to natural characteristics of animal hides, there is often significant waste. Faux leather, on the other hand, can be produced very economically. Furthermore, faux leather is very durable and long-lasting, as well as weather-resistant against sun and water. It is highly suitable for commercial environments (gastronomy, bistros, etc.) where seating furniture can quickly become soiled and needs frequent cleaning and disinfecting.
