Material:
- Material: HPL solid core board

HPL Comparison:
- OUR QUALITY = Our HPL solid core board is not only extremely durable and heat-resistant but also distinguished by a variety of designs. Choosing our product means opting for longevity, easy maintenance, and environmentally friendly quality – a true value addition for your restaurant business!
- Other Competitors: = Direct-coated chipboards: These boards are coated with a thin layer of melamine resin. They are less resistant and tend to wear after a few years.
- Thin plastic films: Thin PVC or PET films can be laminated onto chipboards or MDF boards to create a decorative finish. These are generally less robust and durable than HPL.
- Simple paint coatings: Wood or chipboards can be painted directly. While this can create a nice finish, it does not offer the same protection or longevity as HPL.
Environmental Commitment:
- OUR QUALITY = Emission class E1: Emission of max. 0.1 ppm = Excellent for general interior construction and furniture manufacturing
- Other Competitors: = Emission class E2: Emission of max. 1.0 ppm = Suitable for less sensitive areas but not for gastronomy
- Emission class E3: Emission of max. 1.4 ppm = Lower emission quality, above the legal limit in Germany. Not recommended for indoor use and furniture manufacturing.
Assembly Recommendations:
- Use a 2.5 mm spiral wood drill and pre-drill approximately 5 mm deep. Use approximately 10 mm long Spax screws (use washers for longer screws).
Notes:
- Deviations from the minimum recommended baseplate size may cause impairments
- This HPL Compact Bistro Tabletop is delivered without pre-drilling for suitable mounting on your preferred bistro table frame
- No screws are included for attaching the HPL Compact gastro tabletop to the bistro frame
- The bistro table frame is not included in the delivery!
- The dimensions provided by us are nominal. Actual measurements may vary by up to 30 mm.
