HPL Comparison:
- OUR QUALITY = Our HPL solid core panel is not only extremely robust and heat-resistant but also impresses with a wide variety of designs. Choosing our product means opting for longevity, easy maintenance, and environmentally friendly quality – a real added value for your gastronomic business!
- Other Competitors: = Directly coated chipboards: These panels are coated with a thin layer of melamine resin directly. They are less resistant and tend to wear after a few years.
- Thin plastic films: Thin PVC or PET films can be laminated onto chipboards or MDF panels to produce a decorative finish. These are generally less durable and long-lasting than HPL.
- Simple paint coats: Wood or chipboards can be directly painted. While this can produce a nice finish, it does not offer the same protection or durability as HPL.
Environmental Commitment:
- OUR QUALITY = Emission class E1: Emission of a maximum of 0.1 ppm = Excellent suitability for interior construction and furniture manufacturing
- Other Competitors: = Emission class E2: Emission of a maximum of 1.0 ppm = Suitable for less sensitive areas but not recommended for gastronomy
- Emission class E3: Emission of a maximum of 1.4 ppm = Lower emission quality, above the legal limit in Germany. Not recommended for indoor use and furniture manufacturing.
Assembly Recommendations:
- Use a 2.5 mm wood spiral drill and drill approximately 5 mm deep. Use about 10 mm long Spax screws (use washers for longer screws).
Notes:
- Deviations from the minimum recommended substrate size may cause impairments
- This Bistro Tabletop HPL Compact is delivered without pre-drilling for suitable assembly on your desired bistro table frame
- No screws are included for attaching the Gastro Tabletop HPL Compact to the bistro table frame
- The bistro table frame is not included in the delivery!
- The dimensions provided by us are nominal. Actual dimensions may vary up to 30 mm.
