Main Product Advantages:
- Surface appearance barely distinguishable from real wood
- Antibacterial and mold-resistant surface
- Double-sided HPL coating
- Unchanged color brilliance thanks to UV protection
- Easy to maintain and clean
Material:
- Material: HPL solid-core board
- Load capacity: up to 400 kg
- Temperature: up to 250°C
- Flame-retardant, comparable to fire protection class B1
HPL Comparison:
- OUR QUALITY = Our HPL solid-core board is not only extremely robust and heat-resistant but also stands out due to a wide variety of designs. When choosing our product, you opt for durability, easy maintenance, and environmentally friendly quality – a real added value for your gastronomic business!
- Other Competitors: = Direct-coated chipboards: These boards are coated with a thin layer of melamine resin directly. They are less resistant and tend to wear out after a few years.
- Thin plastic films: Thin PVC or PET films can be laminated onto chipboards or MDF panels to create a decorative finish. These are generally less robust and durable than HPL.
- Simple paint coatings: Wood or chipboards can be directly painted. While this can produce a nice finish, it does not offer the same protection or longevity as HPL.
Environmental Commitment:
- OUR QUALITY = Emission class E1: Emission limit of max. 0.1 ppm = Excellent for general interior design and furniture construction
- Other Competitors: = Emission class E2: Emission limit of max. 1.0 ppm = Suitable for less sensitive areas but not recommended for gastronomy
- Emission class E3: Emission limit of max. 1.4 ppm = Lower emission quality, above the legal limits in Germany. Not recommended for indoor use and furniture construction.
Assembly Recommendation:
- Use a 2.5 mm wood spiral drill and pre-drill approximately 5 mm deep. Use approximately 10 mm long Spax screws (use washers for longer screws).
Notes:
- Deviations from the minimum recommended base plate size may cause impairments
- For suitable mounting on your desired Bistro table frame, this HPL Compact Bistro Tabletop will be delivered without pre-drilling
- No screws are included for attaching the HPL Compact Gastro Tabletop to the Bistro table frame
- The Bistro table frame is not included in the delivery!
- The dimensions provided by us are nominal dimensions. Actual measurements may vary by up to 30 mm.
