HPL Comparison:
- OUR QUALITY = Our HPL solid core panel is not only extremely robust and heat resistant but also impresses with a variety of designs. Choosing our product means opting for durability, easy maintenance, and environmentally friendly quality – a real value addition for your gastronomic business!
- Other Competitors: = Directly coated chipboards: These panels are coated with a thin layer of melamine resin directly. They are less resistant and tend to wear out after a few years.
- Thin plastic films: Thin PVC or PET films can be laminated onto chipboards or MDF panels to produce a decorative finish. These are generally less robust and less durable than HPL.
- Simple paint coatings: Wood or chipboards can be painted directly. While this can produce a nice finish, it does not offer the same protection or longevity as HPL.
Environmental Responsibility:
- OUR QUALITY = Emission class E1: Emission of up to 0.1 ppm = Excellent for general interior construction and furniture manufacturing
- Other Competitors: = Emission class E2: Emission of up to 1.0 ppm = Suitable for less sensitive areas but not for gastronomy
- Emission class E3: Emission of up to 1.4 ppm = Lower emission quality, above the legal limit in Germany. Not recommended for indoor use and furniture construction.
Installation Recommendations:
- Use a 2.5 mm wood spiral drill and drill approximately 5 mm deep. Use approximately 10 mm long Spax screws (use washers for longer screws).
Notes:
- Deviations from the minimum recommended base plate size may cause impairments
- For proper mounting on your desired Bistro table frame, this HPL Compact Bistro tabletop is delivered without pre-drilling
- No screws are included for fastening the HPL Compact Gastro tabletop to the Bistro table frame
- The Bistro table frame is not included in the scope of delivery!
- The dimensions provided by us are nominal. Actual dimensions may vary up to 30 mm.
