Material:

HPL Comparison:
- OUR QUALITY = Our HPL full-core board is not only extremely durable and heat-resistant but also features a wide range of designs. Choosing our product means opting for durability, easy maintenance, and environmentally friendly quality – a true added value for your restaurant business!
- Other Competitors: = Directly coated chipboards: These boards are coated with a thin layer of melamine resin directly. They are less resistant and tend to wear out after a few years.
- Thin plastic films: Thin PVC or PET films can be laminated onto chipboards or MDF boards to produce a decorative finish. These are generally less robust and durable than HPL.
- Simple paint coatings: Wood or chipboards can be painted directly. While this can produce a nice finish, it does not offer the same protection or longevity as HPL.
Environmental Commitment:
- OUR QUALITY = Emission class E1: Emission of maximum 0.1 ppm = Excellent for interior decoration and furniture manufacturing
- Other Competitors: = Emission class E2: Emission of up to 1.0 ppm = Suitable for less sensitive areas but not for gastronomy
- Emission class E3: Emission of up to 1.4 ppm = Lower emission quality, above the legal limits in Germany. Not recommended for indoor use and furniture production.
Assembly Recommendations:
- Use a 2.5 mm wood spiral drill and pre-drill about 5 mm deep. Use approximately 10 mm long Spax screws (use washers for longer screws).
Notes:
- Deviations from the minimum recommended ground plate size may cause impairments
- To properly assemble on your desired Bistro Table Frame, this HPL Compact Bistro Tabletop will be delivered without pre-drilling
- Fasteners for attaching the HPL Compact Gastro Tabletop to the Bistro Table Frame are not included
- The Bistro Table Frame is not included in the delivery!
- The dimensions provided by us are nominal. Actual dimensions may vary by up to 30 mm.
