HPL Comparison:
- OUR QUALITY = Our HPL solid core panel is not only extremely robust and heat-resistant but also boasts a variety of designs. Choosing our product means opting for longevity, easy maintenance, and environmentally friendly quality – a real value addition for your gastronomy business!
- Other Competitors: = Directly coated chipboards: These panels are coated with a thin layer of melamine resin directly. They are less resistant and tend to wear out within a few years.
- Thin plastic films: Thin PVC or PET films can be laminated onto chipboards or MDF to create a decorative finish. These are generally less durable and long-lasting than HPL.
- Simple paint coats: Wood or chipboards can be painted directly. While this can create a nice finish, it does not offer the same protection or durability as HPL.
Environmental Commitment:
- OUR QUALITY = Emission class E1: Emission max 0.1 ppm = Excellent for general interior design and furniture construction
- Other Competitors: = Emission class E2: Emission max 1.0 ppm = Suitable for less sensitive areas but not recommended for gastronomy
- Emission class E3: Emission max 1.4 ppm = Lower emission quality, above the legal limit in Germany. Not recommended for indoor use and furniture construction.
Assembly Instructions:
- Use a 2.5 mm wood spiral drill and drill about 5 mm deep. Use approximately 10 mm long Spax screws (use washers for longer screws).
Notes:
- Deviations from the minimum recommended substrate size may cause impairments
- For proper assembly on your desired Bistro table frame, this HPL Compact Bistro Tabletop is delivered without pre-drilling
- No screws are included for fastening the GGM Möbel Gastro Tabletop to the Bistro table frame
- The Bistro table frame is not included in the delivery!
